Welcome to The Microshift. By using this website, booking a coaching session, or participating in any Microshift-related program or event, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you have any questions, reach out to nick@themicroshift.com.
The content on this website is provided for general information and inspiration. It is not legal, medical, or psychological advice. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in ways that don’t infringe on the rights of others.
Coaching is a partnership designed to support your personal or professional development. While it can be transformational, it is not a substitute for therapy, legal counsel, or medical treatment. You agree to take full responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and results before, during, and after coaching.
All coaching calls, programs, and communication are confidential unless otherwise agreed upon in writing or required by law.
All payments for coaching services, digital products, or events are due as indicated during the sign-up or booking process.
Because of the nature of this work, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds will only be issued in cases where we are unable to deliver the service as described.
If you need to reschedule a session, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or late cancellations may be forfeited without refund.
All content on this site—including videos, writing, frameworks, and materials—is owned by Nick Volinchak and The Microshift unless otherwise credited. You may not copy, distribute, or repurpose any content without written permission.
Testimonials shared on this site reflect the real experiences of individual clients, but your results may vary. Coaching outcomes depend on your personal effort, circumstances, and level of commitment. We don’t make any guarantees or promises beyond delivering the best support possible.
We’re committed to delivering a high-quality experience. That said, by using this site or engaging in coaching services, you agree to hold The Microshift and Nick Volinchak harmless for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or disruption that may arise from your participation.
